Bailey Instruments Ltd has been trading and manufacturing surgical instruments for over thirty years and are established as a leading supplier to the healthcare sector and medical professionals. As more and more patients and members of the public are increasingly purchasing their own equipment, instruments and dressings to avoid extended waiting lists and higher costs, we have now launched our new and exciting range of consumer products via giving you the patient access to many professionally recommended products.


 Customer Service

We aim to despatch all orders received prior to 3pm Monday – Friday on the same day by either first class post or by appointed courier service provider, subject to stock availability. Orders received after 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched on the next working day subject to stock availability. Bailey Instruments Ltd takes no responsibility for non-arrival, short delivery or damage of goods unless notified within 3 days of receipt of invoice and/or goods.


  • Please inspect all outer packaging for signs of damage.

  • Check that the contents of delivery correspond with your stated order requirements.


Bailey Instruments may deliver goods in instalments subject to stock availability. All parcels sent by nominated and approved courier will require signature on delivery for security and traceability purposes. The customer is required to examine all goods received and notify Bailey Instruments Ltd within 72 hours of any apparent damage, defect or shortages. 


Our customer services team operate 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. For any order or product enquiries please contact or telephone our customer services team on 0161 872 8707. Any and all answer machine messages or emails received outside of our operating times will be dealt with at the earliest opportunity.


 Privacy Policy

Our policy is not to maintain the personal information of any patients or members of the public who use this website. For our records only we will only keep records of orders received and make no obligation for users to create an online account. As of October 1st 2013 Bailey Instruments Limited has adopted a policy stating that no information submitted using will be used for future marketing activities by ourselves or any third parties.



All orders under £75.00 are subject to a minimum order charge of £3.95 (UK Mainland Only). All deliveries made outside of UK mainland are charged at cost. Timed deliveries and special requests can be arranged at an additional cost.



You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. An item may only be returned if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered within 28 days of receipt. Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. These include products that you have unsealed or opened. We strongly recommend that you use one of the Royal Mail’s premium services which are traceable or require a signature on delivery.


Exchanges and Refunds

Our customer service department will decide, after discussion with you, whether we will replace any defective or undelivered goods or issue a refund for the purchase price.


No refunds will be made unless the goods are returnable and we have received them back in the exact condition in which they were delivered within seven working days of your delivery. This refund will not include the cost of returning the product to us unless received in error.


Once goods have been received a refund will be processed to your credit card. Please allow up to 10 days for this process to be completed.


Please note that credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order and that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.


Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in this section.



If you are unhappy with our service in any way, we would like to know. We will do everything we can to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. Please telephone, email or write to our customer services department – contact details are given above and we will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 72 hours.
